Creativity Classes at Unity
THE ARTIST’S WAY
with Pat Meeter

The Artist’s Way is a long and winding road.  We travel it best in the company of others.  We learn that creativity is like medicine and that  practicing our creativity is healing.  What is healed is the rift between our spiritual nature and our mistaken perception of ourselves as flawed.  We learn that “artists” are people who are in the act of listening, carefully and well, to what is trying to be born through them.  What is trying to be born through you?  Are you listening?

Creativity is the natural order of life.  When you open yourself to exploring your creativity, you find yourself opening to God.  Your creative dreams and yearnings come from a Divine Source.  As you move towards those dreams, you move towards your divinity.

You will need the book, The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, a notebook, and a pen or pencil.  The class will be facilitated by Pat Meeter.  Please call for current class offerings (523-5897).

The Artist’s Way II
Walking in this World

—Discovering a Sense of Origin
—Using Anger as Fuel
—Mapping Your Interests
—Discovering a Sense of Adventure
—Putting a Tiger Back in Your Tank
—Becoming Teachable

Participants will need a spiral notebook or journal, pens or pencils, and Julia Cameron’s book,
