Crystal Bowl Meditation with Peggy Patty
Every first Thursday of each month, Peggy Patty leads an hour long meditation using the healing tones of our seven crystal bowls.

Twin Hearts Meditation with Michaleen MacDonald
Every second Tuesday of each month, Michaleen MacDonald leads an hour long meditation using the twin heart approach. This is connected to Pranic Healing practices.
